Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting
The Meeting provides AMI Members with an opportunity to participate in the discussion about the strategic direction of the Institute in 2019. At this meeting you'll also have the opportunity to meet the new Board Directors and review the annual report. We welcome all financial AMI members to join us.
The 84th Annual General Meeting of the Australian Marketing Institute Limited ACN 000 026 586 (“Institute”) will take place at the AMI office, 1/21 Chandos Street, St Leonards on Thursday 18 October 2018 at 1:30 pm to consider and, if thought fit, pass the following ordinary resolution of the Institute.
To receive and consider the company’s financial statements for the financial year ended 30 June 2018 together with the statement and report by the directors and the report by the auditor in relation thereto.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting is entitled to appoint a Proxy. The instrument of Proxy must be lodged at the St Leonards office of the Institute not less than 24 hours before the time for holding the meeting. For your convenience, a form of Proxy is provided with this Notice. Please note the Proxy need not be a member of the Institute.
